We have recently undertaken a Facilities Management consultancy exercise for a national service provider by managing the complete mobilisation of their new 'Public Sector' Facilities Management contract following their client's relocation to a new 'state of the art' BREEAM premises.
Spanning a six month period, this project included the provision of Human Resource support services in which we managed the TUPE transfer process for both public and private sector employees. We completed a re-structuring of the site operations team, including the management of redundancies and introduced new processes and procedures designed to ensure consistently high levels of service into the future.
We also designed and implemented an appropriate contract performance management system, introduced financial measures, ensured all statutory processes were in place (including a safe system of work) and mobilised a range of services including Catering, Cleaning, M&E, Environmental Services and Security.
